Cheesecake making tips

Cheesecakes are one of the tastiest and easiest desserts you can make. Also considered as a comfort food, they are believed to have originated from Greece. It is so soft that it can be compared to custard pies making it very light to eat and easy to digest. The main problem in making cheesecakes is that new cooks find it hard to find out the exact baking time, more often they tend to overdo it.

When you are trying to bake a cheesecake, you should always avoid over mixing as in baking any other cake. Baking it in a water bath ensures its consistency and prevents and cracks. It will pull away from the sides of the pan as it becomes firm while baking. Over doing it will result in a dry texture or a cracked top which should be avoided. Cheesecakes are easy to make and can also be stored easily making them perfect for special servings
