Fresh fruit cheesecake recipe

There are many ways to make cheesecakes and the recipes can have a lot of different ingredients like chocolate, Jell-O, fresh fruits etc. Most common cheesecakes are usually sweet and fresh fruit cheesecakes are healthy and delicious.

For a fresh fruit cheesecake we need to make the crust first then the cheesecake player and finally the topping. You can keep the crusts baked or chilled as per your liking. A simple way is to get crumbs combine with melted butter and get the mixture into a pie tin. You can refrigerate this after putting in into the tin.

Cream cheese layer comes next and there are lots of ways to make this which differ with respect to the kind of cake you're trying to make. There are different recipes for chilled and baked crusts, this one is for chilled one. You can use fresh fruits like Kiwi or fresh berries like jood. Ingredients for this are -

• 1 readymade graham cracker crust
• 1/2 cup cold milk
• 1 package Dream whip topping mix
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 lb cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 3 kiwis, peeled and cut into slices

Whip up the topping mix and add the cheese, vanilla essence along with sugar. Spread it over ready made crust and chill for hours. Decorate with kiwi slices and serve.
